Pricing :

There will be an additional festive surcharge of 15%-20%on top of the standard pricing (ie. CNY, Christmas or Valetines' Day and so on).

Delivery Charges :

Secrets' Floristry, being homebased small setup, we have out source our delivery to a 3rd party. Do assure that the standards of handling your arrangement are taken care of. Delivery charges applies.

Orders :

Advance order of 3-4 days for standard arrangement

Advance order of 2-3 weeks for festive arrangement.

Return / Refund :

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Secrets Floristry within 24 hours.

To request a replacement, Secrets' Floristry must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Do note flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Secrets' Floristry. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 24 hours of the original delivery date.

Order Cancellation :

Order cancellation of less than 24 hours prior to delivery 15% cancellation fees applies.

No cancellation / refund, if cancellation is received after the order is delivered.

Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides wrong  information that prevents direct delivery ie wrong office or home address.

The customer can obtain new information and if it’s address outside of the delivery range and Secrets' Floristry cannot deliver it, only 50% of the order can be refunded.

If flowers were specifically ordered per your request, only 50% is refundable.

Cancellation is not applicable for Third-Party items, such as cakes, ice creams, etc

“Substitutions allowed”

Secrets’ Floristry, strive to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful, and consistent with your order.  Flowers are seasonal products and subject to availability from orchards and farms. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy, etc. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

Do assure, you will be notified prior to the substitution. Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution/replacement.
